I stayed here for a night with a group of friends and had a lovely experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were very accommodating, providing us with a warm welcome package. The proximity to great food options and the Starbucks Reserve was a big plus, and the views from our room on the 27th floor were amazing! Just a heads up, there are steps down from the bathroom that can be a bit tricky at night, but overall, we had a fantastic time.

The Hotel Collection Magnificent Mile is well-located, making access to nearby business meetings and attractions very convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was attentive in addressing my needs throughout my stay.
The hotel lacks on-site dining options, which was disappointing.

missingWrote a review on Dec 20central locationmodern decormandatory charges
Location right off Michigan Avenue makes exploring shopping and dining a breeze. Rooms, while compact, feature modern decor and are generally clean, offering a decent home base for adventures.
The bathroom feels cramped, and a persistent odor hangs in the air of the room. A mandatory $50 amenity charge felt excessive considering it mainly covered drinks. After a few staff-only hiccups, it became clear that certain amenities like the rooftop terrace and gym might just be illusions, and dealing with a malfunctioning elevator certainly didn't help. For a hotel that touts convenience, such frustrations were hard to overlook.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Collection Magnificent Mile, where the location provided easy access to cultural landmarks. Though I faced a minor issue with the room's thermostat, the staff remained attentive and friendly throughout my visit. A lovely hotel for art enthusiasts!

The location was perfect for our family, especially with teenagers and kids. We could easily walk to shops and attractions. We had the convenience of public transport nearby. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome.
My wife says that the mini fridge was too small for our family's snacks and drinks.

Great location near Michigan Avenue. Staff friendly and helpful. Limited dining options on-site were disappointing. Nice spacious rooms.

The hotel's decor feels warm and inviting, with beautiful wooden rocking chairs and whimsical art adding charm to the lobby. It truly felt like a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city's attractions.
More accessible seating in lobby areas would help seniors.

The location is excellent, close to attractions, but the experience was marred by several issues. The room was spacious, yet poorly cleaned, and the noisy rooftop access made us uncomfortable. Staff were friendly, which helped somewhat, but overall, I wouldn't rush back to this hotel.

Fantastic Location with Comfortable Stay!
I really enjoyed my stay, as the location was fantastic—right next to great restaurants and shops. The King Room was spacious, very clean, and had a nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful, although I wish there were more accessible seating in lobby areas for seniors. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the city!

Great stay with a view!
Had a nice time staying here for a night. The room was spacious and comfy. The view was a nice surprise. Staff were super helpful, which made everything easier. Only downside was the dining options could’ve been better. Overall, a solid place to crash after exploring the city!

We loved the close proximity to the Starbucks Reserve and some great food spots. The staff was super friendly, and our room on the 27th floor had amazing views. Just a heads up to future guests, the elevators are clean and run well, making getting around pretty easy. Definitely recommend!
One thing to watch out for in the two queen beds room, there are a few steps down from the bathroom, which could lead to tripping in the dark. A small light would help a lot!
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
